Reeded edge.   Not legal tender.   Struck on a former US Denver Mint coin press.

1) Three (not released) have a post-strike bead-blasted/burnished matte finish.
2) All were first normally struck, then broad-struck, yielding strong
“cartwheel” luster and a slightly larger diameter.

Three test-strikes using preliminary dies (with modified design) were made in silver.
These were counter-stamped “SILVER” over the word “PALLADIUM”.
One silver test-strike was broad-struck, and another was given a matte patina finish.
None of the silver test strikes were released.
