2) Nine were struck at Moonlight Mint using a surplus Denver Mint press.
     The first one was struck on a 4.9-gram blank.
     The remaining eight are about 1/8 troy oz (~3.9 grams).

3) An estimated 50 additional were struck by Dave Emslie using the same dies.
