What Were Privately Made VAMs Worth ?

Up until 2005, the Micro-o coins dated 1896, 1900, and 1902 were sought-after rarities. They were listed as legitimate (genuine) VAM varieties. A few that graded AU sold for prices in excess of $5,000.

Some were certified by PCGS and other grading companies.
